Reiki is a complementary, holistic healing practice that promotes balance in body, mind, and spirit. Reiki supports the body’s own natural healing abilities. The benefits of Reiki include relaxation; release of stress and anxiety; improved sleep; mental clarity; and a sense of well-being. Upon completion of this one day Level I class, participants will be able to offer Reiki to themselves as well as family and friends.
